    What You Need
    • 1  16  ounce package 
      elbow macaroni
    • 1   pound 
      VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (16 oz.)
    • 1  10  ounce can 
      RO*TEL® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, undrained
    • 1/2  cup 
      milk
    Directions
    Make It

    1.
    Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain.
    2.
    Microwave VELVEETA and RO*TEL® in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 minutes or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in milk.
    3.
    Add macaroni to VELVEETA sauce; stir to evenly coat.
