Zesty Crispy Chicken

Ready in under 30 minutes, this dish uses seasoned wheat crackers to make a crispy and flavorful crust for sauteed chicken that is served with salsa and sour cream.

Ingredients

64Pepperidge Farm® Baked Naturals Toasted Wheat Wheat Crispssee savings

1egg whitesee savings

1 tbsp.watersee savings

6skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)see savings

Vegetable cooking spraysee savings

Pace® Chunky Salsasee savings

Sour creamsee savings

Directions
1.
Place the wheat crisps into a blender. Cover and blend until finely crushed. Place the crumbs onto a plate. Beat the egg white and water a shallow dish with a fork or whisk. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture. Coat the chicken with the crumbs.
2.
Spray a 12-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is well browned on both sides and cooked through. Serve with the salsa and sour cream, if desired.
