Zesty Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

1 1/4 cupsSwanson® Chicken Stocksee savings

-
1/4 tsp.garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, mincedsee savings

-
1 1/2 tsp.dried basil leaves , crushedsee savings

-
1 can(14.5 ounces) stewed tomatoessee savings

-
3/4 cupuncooked regular long-grain white ricesee savings

-
2 cans(4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water , drainedsee savings

-
1 cupfrozen peassee savings

-
1/4 tsp.hot pepper saucesee savings

Directions
1.
Heat the stock, garlic powder, basil and tomatoes in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2.
Stir the chicken, peas and hot pepper sauce in the saucepan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is done.
