  • 2  Tbsp  chopped fresh flat-leaf parsleyOn Sale
  • 1  tsp  chopped fresh thymeOn Sale
  • 1/2  tsp  kosher saltOn Sale
  • 1/2  tsp  mustard powderOn Sale
  • 1/4  tsp  celery seedsOn Sale
  • 1/8  tsp  ground pepperOn Sale
  • 5  cups  cooked wild and brown rice mix (such as Lundberg Wild Blend)On Sale

Directions

In a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery and fennel. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and just golden, 8 to 10 min; remove from heat. Stir in cherries, parsley, thyme, salt, mustard powder, celery seeds and pepper. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in cooked rice and remaining 1/4 cup oil. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
