Whole-Wheat Fettuccine With Shrimp & Peas
No sauce is needed for this whole wheat pasta dinner. The shrimp and vegetable mixture has garlic and rosemary, adding plenty of flavor to the pasta.

Ingredients

Whole-wheat pasta

1 tbs olive oil

1/3 cup small shrimp
-
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

1 tsp minced garlic
-
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed

3 tbs frozen peas, rinsed and drained

Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1.
Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add shrimp, tomatoes, garlic and rosemary; saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add peas; cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes more.
4.
Toss shrimp mixture with cooked drained pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
