Ingredients
  • 2   tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2   tablespoons steel-cut oats
  • 1/2  cup (2 oz) chopped walnuts
  • 2   tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2   tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1   loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
Directions
1. 
Combine wheat germ, oats, walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds. Cut dough into 1-inch pieces. Combine with nut mixture and knead together.
2. 
Form into an 8-inch round and place on a greased baking sheet. Loosely cover and let rise, about 1 hr. Bake at 375 degrees F until cooked through, 25 to 30 min. Makes 10 servings.
