    Bartlett pears, cored and sliced

    crumbled Gorgonzola dolce (Dolcelatte cheese) or blue cheese (4 ounces)

Directions
1.
Arrange pear slices on chilled salad plates. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pine nuts.

For dressing: In a screw-top jar, combine oil and vinegar. Cover and shake well. Drizzle over pear mixture. Sprinkle pear mixture with black pepper. Serve immediately. Makes 6 side-dish servings.
