White-on-White Pears with Gorgonzola

Tangy cheese and juicy, fresh pears are sprinkled with toasted pine nuts, olive oil, and red wine vinegar in this 15-minute side-dish recipe.

1 cupcrumbled Gorgonzola dolce (Dolcelatte cheese) or blue cheese (4 ounces)see savings

1/3 cuppine nuts, toastedsee savings

1/4 cupextra-virgin olive oilsee savings

1/4 cupred wine vinegarsee savings

Cracked black peppersee savings

Directions
1.
Arrange pear slices on chilled salad plates. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pine nuts.
2.
For dressing: In a screw-top jar, combine oil and vinegar. Cover and shake well. Drizzle over pear mixture. Sprinkle pear mixture with black pepper. Serve immediately. Makes 6 side-dish servings.
