  • 1 12-inch (12-1/2 ounces)
    Italian flat bread (focaccia)

  • 2 14-1/2-ounce cans
    Italian-style stewed tomatoes, chopped and well-drained

    chopped fresh or frozen broccoli florets

  •  4 ounces
    sliced fat-free roasted chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoons
    finely shredded Parmesan cheese

    dried Italian seasoning, crushed

    shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

Directions
1.
Place flat bread on a baking sheet. Arrange tomatoes, broccoli, and chicken on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve. Makes 3 main-dish servings.
