Ingredients
  • 1   cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4  cup fresh basil
  • 1/4  cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2  teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1   garlic clove, minced
  • 2   plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1   head iceberg lettuce

Directions
