Warm Artichoke and Salsa Dip

Select a green salsa with just the right heat level to combine with the artichokes and Monterey Jack cheese when you prepare this quick-and-easy dip.

1 12-ounce jaror 2 6-ounce jars marinated artichoke heartssee savings

1/3 cupsliced green onionsee savings

2 tablespoonsbottled green salsasee savings

1/2 cupshredded Monterey Jack or white cheddar cheese (2 oz.)see savings

1/4 cupdairy sour creamsee savings

1/4 cupsnipped fresh cilantrosee savings
Directions
1.
Drain artichokes; discarding marinade. Coarsely chop artichoke hearts. In a small saucepan combine chopped artichoke hearts, green onion, and salsa. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately. Makes 1-1/2 cups (six 1/4-cup servings).
