1 package (32 ounces)reduced-sodium chicken brothsee savings

12frozen wontons or Chinese dumplingssee savings

1 cupsnow peas, halved crosswisesee savings

1/4 cupsliced green onionssee savings

1 tablespoonreduced-sodium soy saucesee savings

1 teaspoongrated fresh gingersee savings

Directions

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Gradually add wontons or dumplings. Return to a boil; reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until dumplings are tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in peas, green onions, soy sauce, and ginger. Let simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes more. Stir in spinach just before serving.
