These tie-dye fruity cupcakes are a great treat for any party. The recipe combines various flavors of JELL-O making for one sweet treat!
-Hi, I'm Suzanna. JELL-O Gelatin goes retro. And, combine some of your favorite flavors to create one hipping cool desert, Tie-Dye Fruity Cupcakes. It's so easy to make. So, I've prepared cake batter according to the box directions. And now, I'm going to divide this batter evenly among my 3 bowls. You can really use this rubber spatula to scrape all of that out. So, I have here 1/4 cup of Strawberry Flavored JELL-O Gelatin. So, I'm going to add this right into my cake batter. I have JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin that I'll put in this one. And then, of course, the lemon. I can smell the fruit flavors coming through already. So, let's stir each of these up with our rubber spatulas. While the lime is combined and let's just hit this last one, the lemon. So here, I've already started filling my 24 lined muffin cups. It's about 2 tablespoons of batter per. But if you're using a home kitchen spoon, 1 big spoonful will do it. All right, so now let's finish it off with that strawberry. So now, we're just going to pop these in the oven and bake them as directed on the package for cupcakes. All right, my cupcakes are out of oven. They're on cooling racks completely cooled. So, let's make it even more fun. Let's frost these up. In my pastry bag, I have 16 ounces of ready-to-spread vanilla frosting that I'm going to pipe with the start tip right on to my cupcake. How fun are these. JELL-O helps you achieve that cool tie-dye design and packs a burst of fruity flavor in every bite. For more JELL-O recipes, visit kraftfoods.com.
