Raspberry-Pomegranate Jellies

-Hi, I'm Suzanna. Have a fun spin with JELL-O Gelatin and create a candy-like confection versus your traditional JELL-O desert with our Raspberry-Pomegranate Jellies. These are quick and easy to make with only a couple of ingredients. So, let's get started. I'm going to use 1 packet of KNOX Unflavored Gelatine and I'm just going to pour over 1/4 cup of cold water. And then, we're just going to let that sit for a minute. All right, so let's move over to the saucepan. I'm going to add 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. I'm just going to whisk in 1 cup of pomegranate juice. Put that in there. And now, let's just add in that gelatin that's been sitting for a minute. This is our unflavored gelatine. So, the gelatin is in. So now, I'm just going stir all of these to dissolve it. All right, we're going to bring this mixture to a boil over medium heat. And once it's boiling, I'm going to stir it constantly for 5 minutes. So, it's off the heat. So now, I'm going to add 2 packets of JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin. Now, we want to stir this for about 2 minutes until it's completely dissolved. All right, so now, I'm going to pour this mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. You can use your rubber spatula and just scrape it. And, we're going to let this firm up in the refrigerator for 1 hour. All right, my jellies have chilled for an hour in the refrigerator. So, to unmold them quickly, I'm just going to put them in a hot water for a few seconds here and this will make it easier. And now, I'm going to flip them right over onto my cutting board. Beautiful. So, all I have to do now is cut this into 24 pieces. All right, my jellies have been cut. So, all I'm doing now is simply coating these on all four sides with the remaining sugar and it's really important to do this right before serving. It looks so good like an old-fashioned jelly candy.
