-Hi, I'm Suzanna. JELL-O Pudding adds a fun twist to the traditional cake balls recipe to create another delicious treat, Banana Cake Balls. So, in my bowl here, I'm going to add 1 package of JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding. And, we'll add to that 1/2 cup of cold milk. And, we're going to stir this with our wooden spoon just until it's moistened. All right, so now I'm going to add to this with 1 banana that's been mashed and it's fully ripe too. Here, I have 1 frozen pound cake that I've thawed and crumbled up into fine crumbs. So, we're going to add that right into the bowl. Now, we're just going to give this a good stir to combine it. The banana flavor is just so unique in here and fun. All right, so we've already started shaping these into 1-inch balls and I've placed them on a wax paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. So, let me show you an easy way to shape these. I am using a cookie scoop. And, all you do is grab that mixture, put it right in your hand and you're gently going to roll these between the palms of your hand until they form that nice ball shape. We're going to end up with 36 of these. All right, so here is our last one. And, what I'm going to do is pop these in the freezer for 1 hour. All right, the cake balls are out of the freezer. They've been in there for an hour. And then in my bowl here, I've melted milk chocolate bars that we're going to dip them in. So, let's add a couple into our melted milk chocolate. I did that right in the microwave. And, you can use your rubber spatula here to coat those. Roll it right off onto our wax paper-lined cookie sheet. You want to keep your hands clean because right away you want to top these with some sprinkles. How beautiful do these look? Just be sure the coating on your banana cake balls are nice and firm before serving. Enjoy these wonderful treats with your friends and family. For more JELL-O recipes, visit kraftfoods.com.
