Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

-It's party season, which means you wanna make a crowd pleasing appetizer with a minimum amount of effort. That's why today we're making Johnsonville Italian Sausage stuffed mushrooms. Now, earlier, I took some mushrooms and I removed the stems. So, we've got this nice mushroom caps that are ready to be stuffed. Then, you're going to take some Johnsonville Italian Sausage. You're going to brown you sausage, cook it all the way through, make sure there is no pink in it. Then, add some bread crumbs. You mix that together, really start these noble spices. Then when that's done, I'm gonna move over here to my cream cheese and I'm going to add some parmesan cheese, some parsley, a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and my favorite, minced garlic, and we're going to mix that up. When you mix that garlic with that lemon, umm, music to your nose right there. Once you get that all mixed up, you're going to take your sausage mix, put it in. The wonderful thing about Johnsonville Italian Sausage is that it has all those spices you love doing the work for you. When mix the Johnsonville Italian Sausage with the cream cheese mixture with the [unk] and the garlic and the lemon, you're gonna create a sophisticated flavor without a lot of effort. Once that's mixed up, it's time to stuff your mushroom caps. Now, I found that it's easier just to use a teaspoon and put it in small amounts rather than take a larger spoon and try to put it all in there at once. Sometimes when I know I'm going to a party, I'll make this in advance. I'll transport them to the party in devilled egg contained or empty egg cartoons and then I will heat them up when I get there so they come out of the oven piping hot Now, we're going to put this in the oven at 400 degrees, and then after 15 to 20 minutes.
