How to Make Steak and Potato Kabobs

-Hi everyone, I'm Judith. If you're looking to do something fun with your sirloin steak, have I got the recipe for you because today, we'll be making Steak and Potato Kabobs. So, what you'll need for this is 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick; 1/4 cup of bottled red wine vinegar or oil salad dressing; 2 tablespoons of snipped fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons of dried thyme, crushed, we'll be using dried thyme today; 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder; 2 medium green or yellow sweet peppers, cut into 1 inch thick pieces; 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges; 1/2 of 20 ounce package of refrigerated potato wedges about 32. Alright, so first things first, let's get our meat nice and flavorful. Now, with our beef, we've cut it into 1-inch thick cubes, so that is ready there and all we gonna do is pop that into a Ziploc bag like so, great. Then, let's whip up a very quick and simple marinade. So, in goes the red wine vinegar into a bowl along with the Worcestershire sauce, the garlic powder, and of course that thyme, which is just gonna give a lovely flavor our steak. So, let just whisk that all together, and this is great for the barbecue or is the snack, really, really feeling delicious. So, once all of that is whisked in together, all we gonna do is pour it into our Ziploc bag like so, fantastic. Give it a jiggle so all that meat gets marinated in that sauce. So, we're gonna refrigerate this now for about 4 to 6 hours. Make sure to [unk] and then we're ready to put it on the grill. So, we've taken our streak from the fridge. They've been marinated for about 5 hours there, very nice and flavorful with the herbs. So, now it's time to grill. We're gonna be using a grill next to us. Obviously, if you have charcoal and coals, you know, nice barbecue on there, but this works just well. So, with our skewers, we've got about 10 inch skewers here, and we're just gonna slide our other vegetables onto our skewers there. So, let's put an onion on there, and we wanna leave a little bit of space in between them all. So, let's put our onion. What's gonna go next. Let's put our steak and there goes pepper, and potato, very good. So, we're gonna do the same without remaining ingredients and steaks. So, we have our skewers ready with our stake, onion, pepper and potato, and all we gonna do is place those onto our grill, and they should cook for about 12 minutes if we want them a nice medium well done on this. Well, our Kabobs have been on the grill for about 12 to 15 minutes and they are nicely cooked through and perfect to serve up now at a barbecue, for dinner, really, really nice. So, there you have it. Okay, so there you go, a delicious dinner or lunch or barbecue. That's how you make Steak and Potato Kabobs.
