-Hi everyone, I'm Judith. Well, today, we'll be making that Italian classic, Fettuccine Alfredo. So, what you're gonna need for this is 8 ouches of Fettuccine, the recipe calls for uncooked, we have already cooked our Fettuccine according package instructions; 1/2 a cup of butter or margarine, we're using butter today; 1/2 cup of whipping cream; 3/4 of a cup of freshly shredded parmesan cheese; 1/2 teaspoon of salt; 1/8 teaspoon of black or white pepper; and some chopped fresh parsley. So, as I said, we've cooked and drained our Fettuccine according to the package instructions. So, that's nice and hot and ready for our Alfredo. So, with our saucepan, on a medium low heat, we're gonna add in our butter, let that melt in there and our whipping cream. So, that is gonna come together. We're gonna whisk that continuously until that butter is melted and that cream has come together, so Alfredo sauce, very simple, just a creamy buttery, cheesy sauce, which just goes fantastically with pasta. So, we'll just stir that in until that melts. Wanna get a really nice consistency with that, lovely, alright, so once that is all mixed in together, we're now gonna add in our salt and pepper and our cheese. Let's just put that on a low heat, there we'll give that a good stir with our creamy buttery sauce. That is looking great already. So, give that a good stir and once that thickens to the consistency you like. We we'll add it to our Fettuccine, so let's just make sure it's in. So let's played up our pasta, lovely Fettuccine here. We got our tongs and we'll put that on there. So, as I said, very quick to cook, and a really simple dish, named after restaurateur in Rome, Alfredo, who made the dish, who created the dish, and there you go, we're eating it today right here. So, put just enough pasta on there, sometimes you have to get up with your hands a little, perfect. So, that is done now. We'll take that off the heat and our beautiful sauce is ready to pour over our Fettuccine. Oh, look at that. Absolutely delicious, and then we can finish that off with some nice little bit of fresh parsley right there, fantastic. So, there you go, very quick and easy. That's how you make Fettuccine Alfredo.
