-Hey everyone, I'm Judith. Well, you know, thanksgiving is nearly coming up when we're making pecan pie. Today, I'll be showing you how to make Classic Pecan Pie. So what you'll need for this is 1 cup of corn syrup, 3 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of butter melted, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, 1-1/2 cups of pecan, and 1 9-inch unbaked deep dish pie crust. Alright, it's very simple recipe. When you buy you pie crust already done, it's a really quick recipe which you can do pretty easily. So, all we gonna do first of all is put in all of our ingredients into a mixing bowl. So, we have our syrup on there. It's gonna give it a nice sweetness. Sugar goes in there. The eggs as well, melted butter in there too. So, all of our liquidy and sugar ingredients go in first. So, we're gonna give that a good whisk around with our fork or spoon. Just get all those ingredients together and as is said, it's a full, thanksgiving is coming up, and it's just perfect high to make easily quickly and it's gonna taste delicious. So, once we give that a good whisk around, that will thicken up. Now, we have preheated our oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. That oven is getting nice and hot for our pie. So, once all is mixed in, last but not the least, we're gonna add in these lovely pecans, so in there go. You can also break up your pecans. I like having them nice whole like this, just looks prettier in your pie crust, mix all that in together. Pecans, full of good protein, fantastic and look, easy as that. All we gonna do now is get our pie crust and we'll pour that mixture into it like so, beautiful, and there you go, so you can pop that in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60 to 70 minutes. So, pecan pie is ready. We've taken it out of the oven. It's been in there for about 60 to 70 minutes. Now, remember, if you see your pie crust getting a little bit too brown, you can actually cover it with a little bit of aluminum foil to prevent it from browning too much while it's in there, but all is actually perfect. It smells amazing in this kitchen right here. That is the perfect dessert for the fall or thanksgiving. Serve that up with a bit if ice cream or cream and you've got it. Now, don't forget before you cut into that, let it cool for least 2 hours before you serve. So, there you go everyone, that's how you make a beautiful Classic Pean Pie.
