-Hey, everyone, I'm Judith. Well, today, I'm gonna be showing you how to make garlic herb bread. Who needs to go to the store and get garlic bread when you can make it at home? So what you'll need for this is 1/2 a cup of salt and butter, 1 tablespoon of fresh snipped Italian parsley, half teaspoon of minced garlic, 3/4 of teaspoon of kosher salt or half a teaspoon of salt, a dash of ground black pepper, and 14 to 18 ounce of baguette or Italian Bread. So, we have preheated our oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. So, that's getting nice and hot for our baguette. Now, with the baguette, we have sliced it about 1, 1-1/2 inches crosswise across the baguette, but we not gone all the way. We've left a little bit on the bottom. Make sure you get a nice, fresh baguette, nice and crusty on the outside, soft in the inside. My Frenchman is very partial to a good baguette and it makes all the difference. So, now for our garlic herb that we're gonna put in the baguette. So, let's get our soften butter. Make sure you do keep it out at room temperature or you can soften it a little bit. It just really helps on our mixing. Our salt goes in there, our garlic, fantastic, our parsley, and our dash of black pepper. So, either with a spoon or fork, whatever you find easiest. You can mix all of that in together. Oh, that's smelling absolutely fabulous already, that garlic and parsley, and this wonderful. I can be served with fish, chicken, pasta. It's really a versatile yummy dish, alright. So, once all of that is in, let's get one of our baguettes and all we gonna do is put in a little bit of our buttery garlic mixture into the middle, might have to get your hands a little dirty for this one and smoother it in there. We're gonna do the same for all the slits. So, we've infused our baguettes with that buttery garlic herb mixture. So, that's all done now. So, the last thing we need to do is get some aluminum foil and just wrap the garlic bread into it. So, we wanna cook that at 375 for about 15 minutes or until heated through and of course serve it nice and hot. Our bread is ready. They've been in there for about 15 to minutes. So, let's open them up nice and hot and we wanna serve them nice and hot too, beautiful. Nice and golden brown, crunch on the outside, still soft in the inside. Oh, and if you smell it in here, that garlic, the parsley, all of it combined and let's just cut open one of them and they should be very easy just to tear apart and as you can see that butter is melted, the parsley is pressed into it as is the garlic all infused into the bread. So there you everyone, that's how you make garlic herb bread.
