Hey, everyone. I'm Judith with, and today, I'm gonna be showing you how to make Fruit Smoothies, a delicious, healthy breakfast drink. So what you're gonna need is 16 ounces of plain, non-fat yogurt. We have 2 ripe bananas here which we've sliced. We have 1 cup of mixed berries. We're using raspberries and blackberries, and we have 1 cup of sliced strawberries. Now, we have our blender right here and all we're gonna do is first of all, add our yogurt in there. Very quick and simple, and nice and healthy as well. We'll be adding our bananas in there, too. Make sure they're nice and ripe. And now, for the berries. Get in all those delicious, juicy strawberries and raspberries and blackberries, and now, we're just gonna blend away. So, that is blended all nicely, and that's ready to serve up. You can serve it over ice if you like, or just like that, a really nutritious breakfast drink. Perfect. Oh, delicious.
