Hey, everyone. I'm Judith with recipe.com and today I'm gonna be showing you how to make a Slow Cooker Savory Roast, a great meal to have for a weekend with the family. So what you're gonna need for this is a 3-1/2-pound boneless bottom round roast. We have one can of cream of mushroom soup. We have six red potatoes which we've cut in half. We have an envelope of dry onion soup, and we have six medium carrots which we've cut into 2-inch pieces, so we're gonna add in our cream of mushroom soup here, like so, and we're basically gonna mix in all of our other ingredients. We'll put in our dry onion mix which is gonna give a really nice flavor, and then in goes the vegetables, so we've given our potatoes a good scrub so they're nice and clean but we've left the skins on 'cause I like them like that and we're just gonna pop them in there and all this is gonna...mix in, so I've put in our carrots there which we've washed and cut into 2-inch pieces. If you wanna peel them, that's great, too. We're just gonna give that all a good mix, so the cream of mushroom soup gets all over our veggies, and all that onion mix mixes in, too. Ooh, and that onion smells good. Okay. Now, we have our meat. Now, this is a very tough, muscly piece of meat so it needs to be slow cooked to tenderize, so we are just gonna put that on top of our vegetable mix, like so. Let's nestle it down there in the middle. And then all you need to do is put it on. We're gonna either put it on low and you can cook it for 8 or 9 hours, or you can put it on high and we can cook it for around 4 to 5 hours, so I'm gonna cook it on high this time. Put it on high there. And then you can go do your thing and come back in about 4 or 5 hours. Well, it's been about 4-1/2 hours and our pot roast is done. Look at that. Really beautiful, flavorful. We'll just check it with our fork and, wow, that's super tender and ready to eat, so you can serve that with those gorgeous tender potatoes and vegetables in there and if you want, you can steam a bit of broccoli, get some biscuits, serve it with that, and that is one delicious meal, so that's how you make a Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast.
