Very Veggie Slaw

Thinly sliced radishes with their nippy flavor give extra bite to this creamy coleslaw.

Ingredients

3/4 cupmayonnaisesee savings

2 tablespoonscider vinegarsee savings

1 clovegarlic, finelysee savings

1/2 teaspoonsaltsee savings

1/2 teaspoonpeppersee savings

2 cupsfirmly packed finely shredded cabbage (aboutsee savings

1/2 small head)see savings

1 smallsweet red pepper, cored seeded and thinly slicedsee savings

1 smallsweet green pepper, cored, seeded and thinly slicedsee savings

-
8radishes, timmed and thinly slicedsee savings

Directions
1.
Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add cabbage, red and green sweet peppers and radishes; toss to coat ingredients evenly with mayonnaise dressing.
2.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Makes 8 servings.
