Very Berry Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 6-ounce package  fresh baby spinachOn Sale
  • 1 cup  whole or sliced almonds, toastedOn Sale
  • 1 cup  crumbled feta cheese (4 ounces)On Sale
  • 1 cup  sliced fresh strawberriesOn Sale
  •   Poppy Seed Dressing (see recipe, below)On Sale
Directions

Combine spinach, almonds, cheese, and strawberries in large salad bowl. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture; gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Poppy Seed Dressing: Combine 1/3 cup bottled balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing, 1/4 teaspoon poppy seed, and 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Makes 1/3 cup.
