Very Berry Salad

Ingredients
1 6-ounce package fresh baby spinach
1 cup whole or sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 ounces)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Poppy Seed Dressing (see recipe, below)
Directions
1. Combine spinach, almonds, cheese, and strawberries in large salad bowl. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture; gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.
2. Poppy Seed Dressing: Combine 1/3 cup bottled balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing, 1/4 teaspoon poppy seed, and 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Makes 1/3 cup.
3. Makes: 4 to 6 servings
