Avocado slices mix with lettuce, cucumber and tomato to make this feel-good sandwich taste really good!

8 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
6 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Soft Honey Whole Wheat Bread, toasted
1/2 avocado, sliced
8 tomato slices
4 leaves green leaf lettuce
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 small cucumber, cut into 8 slices
Spread half the mayonnaise on 2 bread slices. Layer with the avocado, 2 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf. Spread 2 bread slices with the remaining mayonnaise. Place, mayonnaise-side up, on the sandwiches. Layer with the cucumber, remaining tomato slices and lettuce. Top with the remaining bread slices.
This recipe can be halved to make 1 serving.
