  • 3/4  cup 
    sugar
  • 1   tablespoon 
    all-purpose flour
  • 3/4  cup 
    half-and-half
  • 2   tablespoons 
    butter
  • 1   tablespoon 
    vanilla extract
Directions
1.
In a saucepan, combine sugar and flour; stir in half-and-half. Cook over medium-low heat for 7 minutes, or until thickened.

Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm.
