The sweet combination of brandy, creme de cocoa, chocolate syrup, and whipping cream resembles dessert. Serve the cocktail in stemware and garnish with chocolate shavings.

1 1/3jiggers brandy (2 ounces)
1 1/3creme de cacao (2 ounces)
1 tablespoonwhipping cream
1 tablespoonchocolate syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add brandy, creme de cacao, whipping cream, and chocolate syrup. Shake, strain, and serve in a glass. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Makes 1 serving.
