    frozen mixed berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries

    milk (skim, low fat, whole, or soy)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth, scraping sides as necessary.

Serving Suggestions
Use frozen berries straight out of the package, or freeze your own fresh berries by putting them on a baking sheet and putting them into the freezer for about 20 minutes. If you are using banana slices, freeze them in the same way to make a truly milkshake-like texture.
