Two-Pepper Tomato Relish

Green serranos or jalepenos may be substituted in this easy vegetable relish.

Servings:
about 2-1/2 cups
Ingredients

1 cupchopped red sweet pepper (2 small)see savings

1 cupchopped, seeded tomato (1 large)see savings

1/2 cupfinely chopped red onion (half of a medium)see savings

2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegarsee savings

-
1/2 to 1red or orange serrano pepper*see savings

-
1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

Directions
1.
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and chill in the refrigerator up to 2 hours. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
