Tuscan White Bean Stew

The flavors of Tuscany blend together in this delectable stew recipe that uses leftover turkey with cannellini beans and carrots for a dinner that's on the table in less than 30 minutes.

1 can (14-1/2 ounces)chicken brothsee savings

2 cupsshredded carrotssee savings

2 cans (15-1/2 ounces each)cannellini beans, drained and rinsedsee savings

3 cupscubed cooked turkeysee savings

3/4 teaspoondried Italian seasoningsee savings

1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheesesee savings

1 tablespoonchopped parsleysee savings

-
Crusty breadsee savings

Directions
1.
Bring chicken broth to a simmer in a large saucepan. Add carrots and one can of the beans; mash second can of beans and add to saucepan.
2.
Stir in turkey and Italian seasoning. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and parsley. Serve with crusty bread, if desired.
