Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Prepare this sandwich filling in 20 minutes with leftover turkey. Apple, celery and green onions add crunchy texture.

1 1/2 cupsdiced cooked turkeysee savings

1/2 cupdiced unpeeled applesee savings

1/2 cupmayonnaise or salad dressingsee savings

1 1/2 teaspoonscurry powdersee savings

1/4 teaspoonground gingersee savings

1/4 teaspoonpeppersee savings

1 mediumstalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)see savings

2green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)see savings

8slices whole grain breadsee savings

Directions
1.
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except bread.
2.
Spread turkey mixture on 4 slices bread. Top with remaining bread.
