  • 1  pound
    chopped cooked smoked turkey breast

    celery, sliced 1/2 inch thick

    mayonnaise or salad dressing

  • 1/4  teaspoon
    cracked black pepper

  • 8  cups
    mixed baby salad greens

  • 1  medium
    orange, cut into wedges

  • 1/2  of a small
    red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings (1/4 cup)

    bottled raspberry vinaigrette

    dried cranberries

    broken walnuts, toasted

Directions
1.
In a medium mixing bowl combine turkey, celery, mayonnaise, and pepper. Cover and chill until serving time, if desired.
2.
To assemble, spoon turkey mixture onto a large serving platter. Place salad greens and orange wedges around the turkey mixture. Top greens with red onions. Drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over greens. Top turkey mixture and greens with cranberries and toasted walnuts. Makes 6 servings.
