    (6 to 8 oz.) mixed greens

    bite-size strips smoked turkey (10 oz.)

    crisp-tart green apple, cored and thinly sliced

    goat cheese, crumbled (2 oz.)

    bottled balsamic vinaigrette

Directions
1.
In a medium bowl whisk together brown sugar, egg white, and water until smooth. Stir in KELLOGG'S SMART START STRONG HEART TOASTED OAT cereal, almonds, and dried cherries. Spread in a baking pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, glazed, and fairly dry, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool and break into small clusters.
2.
On a large platter arrange greens, turkey, apple slices, and cheese. Drizzle vinaigrette atop salad. Sprinkle with cereal clusters.
