Turkey and Vegetable Soup

You need only six ingredients and 20 minutes to prepare this hearty soup. If you like, substitute ground beef for the turkey.

1 pounduncooked ground turkeysee savings

1 16-ounce packagefrozen mixed vegetablessee savings

1 cupchicken brothsee savings

Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)see savings

Directions
1.
In a large skillet cook ground turkey and garlic until turkey is brown; drain fat. Stir in chili powder; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add vegetables, tomato juice, and broth. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Top with cheese, if desired. Serve with corn chips. Makes 4 servings.
