    uncooked ground turkey

Directions

In a large skillet cook ground turkey and garlic until turkey is brown; drain fat. Stir in chili powder; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add vegetables, tomato juice, and broth. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Top with cheese, if desired. Serve with corn chips. Makes 4 servings.
