  • 1  12-ounce can  solid white tuna, drainedOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  milkOn Sale
  • 1  10-ounce package  torn mixed greens (romaine blend) or 8 cups torn romaineOn Sale
  • 2  cups  shredded cabbage with carrot (cole slaw mix)On Sale
  • 2  small  tomatoes, cut in wedgesOn Sale

Directions
1.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, tarragon, and Cajun seasoning. Set aside.

In a large bowl flake tuna into large chunks; toss with 3 tablespoons of the mayonnaise mixture. Stir milk into remaining mayonnaise mixture.
3.
Divide greens among 6 plates; top with shredded cabbage, tuna mixture, and tomato wedges. Serve with the dressing. Makes 6 main-dish servings.
