Tuna Salad with Capers

A mixture of mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and capers provide the dressing for this tuna salad main dish recipe. Prepare from start-to-finish in less than 30 minutes.

    solid white tuna, drained

    torn mixed greens (romaine blend) or 8 cups torn romaine

    shredded cabbage with carrot (cole slaw mix)

    tomatoes, cut in wedges

Directions
1.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, tarragon, and Cajun seasoning. Set aside.
2.
In a large bowl flake tuna into large chunks; toss with 3 tablespoons of the mayonnaise mixture. Stir milk into remaining mayonnaise mixture.
3.
Divide greens among 6 plates; top with shredded cabbage, tuna mixture, and tomato wedges. Serve with the dressing. Makes 6 main-dish servings.
