  • 1  cup  packaged refrigerated mashed potatoes with garlicOn Sale
  • 1  12-oz. can  tuna, (water pack) drained and broken into chunksOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  seasoned fine dry bread crumbsOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  finely chopped celeryOn Sale
  • 1/4  tsp.  ground black pepperOn Sale
  • 2  Tbsp.  cooking oilOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  tartar sauceOn Sale

Directions

In bowl combine potatoes, tuna, bread crumbs, celery, and pepper.

In skillet heat oil over medium heat. Drop about 1/3 cup potato mixture into hot oil; flatten to 1/2-inch patty. Cook 4 minutes or until browned. Carefully turn; cook 4 minutes more. Repeat with remaining mixture. Serve with tartar sauce. Makes 4 servings.
