  • 1-1/2  cups  semisweet chocolate pieces (9 ounces)On Sale

  • 1  cup  all-purpose flourOn Sale
  •     Sifted powdered sugar (optional)On Sale

Directions
1.
Grease and flour a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside.

In the top of a double boiler, over simmering water, melt chocolate pieces and butter. Stir in coffee until well combined. Cool to room temperature.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs with electric mixer until foamy. Add the granulated sugar and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Reduce speed; beat in chocolate mixture. Stir in flour. Spread in the prepared pan.
4.
Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you like. Makes 36 brownies.
