Tropical Banana Nog
Keep a frozen banana or two on hand so you'll always be ready to blend, serve, and enjoy this cool low-calorie drink.

Ingredients

1 small banana, frozen

1 cup skim milk

1 cup vanilla low-fat or light ice cream

1/4 teaspoon coconut extract

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoons toasted coconut
Directions

In a blender container combine banana, milk, ice cream, vanilla extract, and coconut extract. Cover and blend until smooth. Sprinkle each serving with 1/2 teaspoon toasted coconut. Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings.

Freeze the banana up to 3 days ahead.
