-
1 10-ounce package peanut butter-flavor pieces
-
1-1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
-
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
-
1/4 cup peanut butter

Milk
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Using floured hands, press the cookie dough onto bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate pieces evenly over dough. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over chocolate pieces; top with peanut butter pieces and peanuts. Press down firmly.
2.
Bake about 25 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
3.
For icing, in a small bowl, beat together powdered sugar, peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon milk. Stir in enough additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, to make icing easy to drizzle. Drizzle the icing over baked mixture. Cut into bars. Makes about 40 bars.
4.
Make-Ahead Tip: Prepare and bake the peanut bars as directed; cool. Drizzle with the icing; cut into bars. Cover tightly and chill for up to 3 days.
