  • 1  (10.75-ounce) can   condensed cream of onion soupOn Sale
  • 1 1/2  cups  shredded Cheddar cheeseOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  half-and-halfOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  sour creamOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  ground black pepperOn Sale
  • 1  (2.8-ounce) can   French-fried onionsOn Sale

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 13-x-9-x-2-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combine green beans, soup, cheese, half-and-half, sour cream, salt, pepper, and reserved cooked onion. Stir to combine. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish.
4.
Bake until bubbly, approximately 25 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange French-fried onions on top. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.
