Usually, they sell them. So, these are little wonton papers. And, we're going to work 4 by 4 wonton papers at a time, 4 batch sheets at a time. Put them on there. Get a little teaspoon of our mixture and we're just going to put that in the middle of our wonton paper like that. Then, let's get our beaten egg. So, with a little pastry brush, dip it in the egg and we're just going to go around the edges of our wonton papers so to help it stick. And then, we do a little folds in a little triangle which is why try not to put too much of your mixture in your wonton paper.
