Gazpacho

(guhz PAHCH oh) A spicy soup made from tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, and onions. Gazpacho has its roots in Spanish cooking and often is flavored with garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce. Usually it is served chilled, although some recipes are heated.
