For the tuna salad, you will need tuna half 6 ounce can of light tuna in water, which we-Hey everyone, I'm Judith. Well today, we'll be making a spicy tuna salad. One of my favorite recipes for good all sandwich. So, for the dressing you will need 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh oregano, half a teaspoon of minced garlic, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, half a teaspoon of kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar. For the tuna salad, you will need tuna half 6 ounce can of light tuna in water, which we've drained, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried chilly flakes crushed, 2 finely chops scallions, 1is what we're gonna do. First of all, let's mix up our tuna salad dressing. So, in the goes the 3 tablespoons of olive oil, our lemon juice, our vinegar, our garlic, and our fresh oregano. I love that smell and it goes great with tuna and of course, a pinch of salt and some black pepper in there too. Alright, so give that good whisk together, and this is the perfect dressing for the tuna salad. See, we don't even need to use. We don't even need to touch mayonnaise, sour cream, and even like that, nice light and healthy beautiful, alright. So, we'll set that aside, and now let's prepare our tuna salad. So, with our cherry tomatoes, let's add in our tuna . Those cans of tuna , which we've drained all the excess water from. Our red onion goes in their too. Our scallions or green onions in there. Now, the red chilli, which is why we call it spicy tuna salad, so that's just gonna give it a lovely kick. Our celery of course for the crunch and our [unk] and the remaining olive oil goes in their too. So, we can just break apart tuna a little bit. Sometimes, it clumps together, and look at the colorful vibrant. It's got plenty of great textures within the salad. The crunchiness of the celery, you know, the sweetness, the saltiness, really, really nice. That is looking fantastic already. So, right at the end when you're ready to serve up your tuna salad, then you put your dressing on top. So, on it goes. We'll give that a good mix now. Oh, smells amazing.sandwiches, shall we. Alright, so just get a small amount of our tuna salad on top of the bread, and what a great healthy lunch sandwich you can give your kids, really good for anyone
How to Make Shrimp Scampi
m Judith. Well today, we're making shrimp scampi style, yes, one of my favorites ..... the ingredients on these is 24 large shrimp , half a teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons ..... Well today, we're making shrimp scampi style, yes, one of my favorites, very quick and easy to do. So, the ingredients on these is 24 large shrimp , half a teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1/3 of cup of minced shallots, 2 cups of dry white wine, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Italian parsley, and 2 teaspoons of snipped fresh thyme. Lovely flavors we have there for our shrimp . So, in a large skillet next to us, we're gonna get it on a medium heat, and we're gonna add in our butter and olive oil. There you go. We'll let that melt, and while that is melting, Let's get our shrimp . Now, this has been peeled and deveined, but we've left the tail on. So, that's that, and we're gonna just season it with some of salt right there. So, give that a good stir. Get all that salt on our shrimp , fantastic, all right, we'll set that aside. So, as this is melting nicely, we're then gonna in or minced garlic first ofup there for about 3 minutes. Now, it's time add in our shrimp . So, in there goes, fantastic, and to that we're also gonna add in our wine, wow, those flavors, so intense and so beautiful. Lemon juice goes in there of course, lovely little bit of citrus with our shrimp and half a teaspoon of salt. So, now it's all in there, we're gonna bring it to the boil, and it's nearly boiling up there. Once this is brought to the boil, we're then gonna reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes turn opaque. Don't overcook the shrimp . One of my [unk], we just want our shrimp nice and opaque. So, as it's boiling now, we'll reduce that heat, and let is simmer there for 2 to 3 minutes, and you can give it a turn too. Okay, it's been about 2 to 3 minutes and our shrimp is done. So, with the slotted spoon, make sure we let go of all the excess liquid, and we'll just plate thatthat reduces down and that's gonna be the perfect sauce for our shrimp and we'll do that for about 15 minutes. So, this lovely sauce for our shrimp is now done. You can see it's thickened. It's reduced for to about a cup, and that is looking very, very good. So, last, but not that least, let's add in our herbs. In there go, the thyme in there too. Give that a good stir, and then to that, let's just add in some of those shrimp and get that all covered up nicely with the herby sauce. Wow, that impressive and it's a quick dish to make at

Alright, so first ..... for the moment. Now, here we have our shrimp . They are peeled. They are deveinedJudith. Well today, I'm gonna be showing you how to make boiled shrimp with spicy mayonnaise. This is a fantastic appetizer or a nice dish to serve at a party. So, what you'll need for this is 2 very fresh organic egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of hot mustard powder, 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of canola oil, salt, white pepper, 1 tablespoon of water and 1 pound of medium shrimp peeled and deveined. Alright, so first of all, let's work on our mayonnaise. Now, I love doing homemade mayonnaise. The key iswe'll see that aside for the moment. Now, here we have our shrimp . They are peeled. They are deveined. Now, if you wanna actually leave peel on that's fine too because actually the peel contains a lot of flavor, but for now we've taken off the peel and I've left the tails on, but that's really just for aesthetic reasons. If you prefer the tail off, that's fine too. Now, to the side of me, I have a big putt of boiling water. That's nice and boiling there. We wanna add our shrimp to the boiling water. Now, literally, ounce our shrimp starts becoming pinky peachy color they're done, they're ready. Do not overcook your shrimp . That's like the worse thing you can do. So, please, once they've become pink, that's all they need, get them out of their and that's fine and before you handle your shrimp or when you're cooking, make sure it's nice and cold on ice before you put it in the water. Alright, so, let's get these guys in there and as I said that's gonna cook up pretty quickly, couple of minutes, maybe 3 minutes max. We're gonna plate that, serve it with the mayonnaise and that will be it. We'll I've turned the heat off. Shrimp are done. They've become a nice pinky peach color and that's what know. So, let's drain off these and serve up athat at home. So there you go, there's a few of our shrimp onto the plate and we'll just serve that with some of these beautiful creamy mayonnaise. Oh, that is just perfection. There you go, that is one beautiful dish. That's how you make boiled shrimp with spicy mayonnaise.

And not just any grilled salmon , we're gonna cook it on a cedar plank and infuse ..... a cedar grill plank, 1 to 2 pounds of fresh salmon , 1 tablespoon of snipped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoonrecipe.com. Today, I'm gonna show you how to make a grilled herb salmon . And not just any grilled salmon , we're gonna cook it on a cedar plank and infuse all that great flavor into the fish. So here's what you're gonna need, a cedar grill plank, 1 to 2 pounds of fresh salmon , 1 tablespoon of snipped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of snipped fresh sage, a quarter teaspoon of salt, and a quarter teaspoon ofit might start on fire. Nobody wants that. I'm gonna take our salmon and put it skin side down on the cedar plank. Then I will brush it with the oil and now I'll sprinkle on some of the parsley. I love the look of that green next to the pink salmon . It looks so pretty. And then the sage. And then finally a little bit of salt and pepper. So, the grill is ready to go at about medium heat and I'm just gonna put the entire thing, the cedar plank and the salmon , on the grill for about 18 to 22 minutes until the fish flakes easily. What makes the salmon a true standout is the sauce we're gonna serve alongside of it. It's very simple, just some cucumber, some yoghurt, a little bit of mayonnaise, and fresh dill and that's it, a nice creamy sauce to serve alongside the salmon . So, the salmon has been on the grill for about 20 minutes. It smells heavenly. It actually smells like the inside of a sauna with that cedar cooking. So, let's take it off the grill and get ready to eat. Gorgeous! I mean that's as pretty as a picture right there. I think it looks beautiful to serve it right on the cedar plank, very rustic and delicious. Now, I'm just gonna spoon on some of our cucumber and dill yoghurt sauce. How gorgeous is that? Salmon is very, very good for you. A lot of omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for our cardiovascular health and makes yourgo. Now, we've preheated our oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and these salmon are ready to go in there, and they should take about 8 minutes, but check on it, and when it's flaking, that's when it's ready, so that's going in there. So it's been about 8 minutes. We've taken our salmon out of the oven. Looks delicious, and it's just about done. Now, if you wanna check if it's ready, what you can do is you can see if it flakes easily with a fork, and as you can see, it does so there. Now, of course, a lot of people like to cook salmon to their liking. Some people like it a little bit pink inside, but this is a great way to test if it's just about done, and there you have it.
