Crepe

(krape) A very thin, unleavened pancake. Crepes often are spread with a filling and rolled or folded. Homemade crepes generally are cooked in a crepe pan or in a 6-inch skillet with sloping sides. Electric crepe pans and inverted crepe pans, which resemble upside-down skillets, also can be used to prepare crepes.
