    [MUSIC] We have a delicious creme brulee here. My preference is using Sugar in the Raw. So the technique is to add a fair amount of sugar to the creme brulee and then we're going to dump off some of the excess and then, the fun part. You take your blow torch. Looks like I'm probably about six inches from the creme brulee and you wanna make sure that you're moving the, the flame around. So that you're torching all of that, that sugar. As the sugar caramelizes, you'll obviously see it bubble up, and the sugar get nice and, and brown, and when it cools, you're gonna have a nice, crispy shell of sugar, and that's how you torch a creme brulee .
