Ingredients
  • 6  2.1-ounce packages
    baked miniature phyllo dough shells (90 shells)

  • 1  pound
    soft goat cheese (chevre) or two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

  • 2  8-ounce jars
    purchased tomato preserves or jam

    Fresh chives

Directions
1.
Place about 1/2 teaspoon of tomato preserves in the bottom of each phyllo shell. Using a decorating bag fitted with a star tip, pipe about 1 teaspoon of cheese on top of the preserves. Arrange on serving trays. Cover and chill up to 4 hours. To serve, garnish with chives. Makes 90 servings.

Test Kitchen Tip
Use a resealable plastic bag as a decorating bag. Fill the bag, seal it, and snip off one corner. The more you snip off, the larger the opening and the larger the piped band of food.
