Directions

Place sweet peppers, tomatoes, cheese, walnuts, garlic, vinegar, parsley, and cayenne pepper in a food processor. Cover and process with several on-off turns (pulse) until desired consistency. Serve immediately spread on toasted baguette slices. Makes 1-1/2 cups or 24 (1-tablespoon) servings.
