Tofruity Sipper
With sweet mangoes and berries, you won't even know that tofu is in this drink. Make this quick sipper for breakfast or a snack.

Makes two 1-1/2-cup servings.
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups orange juice

1/2 of a 12.3-oz. package light silken-style tofu (fresh bean curd), drained

1 medium mango(es), seeded, peeled, and cut up

1 cup frozen, unsweetened whole strawberries
Directions

In a blender container combine orange juice, tofu, mango pieces, and strawberries. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses. Makes two 1-1/2-cup servings.
For 4 servings
Prepare as above, except blend mixture half at a time (in step 1).
