Servings: Makes two 1-1/2-cup servings.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups  orange juiceOn Sale
  • 1/2 of a 12.3-oz. package  light silken-style tofu (fresh bean curd), drainedOn Sale
  • 1 medium  mango(es), seeded, peeled, and cut upOn Sale
  • 1 cup  frozen, unsweetened whole strawberriesOn Sale
Directions

In a blender container combine orange juice, tofu, mango pieces, and strawberries. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses. Makes two 1-1/2-cup servings.

For 4 servings
Prepare as above, except blend mixture half at a time (in step 1).
