  • 1  5-pound
    slab Smithfield Pork Ribs

  • 4  teaspoons
    liquid smoke (available in a bottle at grocery store)

  • 2  teaspoons
    House Seasoning*

  • 2  teaspoons
    seasoned salt

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Wash ribs and drain.
2.
Rub each side with liquid smoke, house seasoning and seasoned salt. Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
3.
Roast uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.

House Seasoning*
Mix together 1 cup salt, 1/4 cup black pepper, and 1/4 cup garlic powder; store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
