  • 4 Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons bottled teriyaki glaze
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds*
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 onion rolls, split and toasted
  • 4 canned pineapple rings
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce (optional)
Place Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush with teriyaki glaze. Prepare in oven according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and ginger. Spread mayonnaise mixture onto bottoms of the split roll halves. Top with chicken, pineapple slices, and cheese.
Broil about 5 inches from heat 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, top with shredded lettuce. Top with remaining roll halves.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with steamed sugar snap peas or stir-fry veggies.
To toast sesame seeds, spread in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven 5 minutes or until golden, stirring once.
