Tangy Topper Poppy Seed Dressing

Onion and poppy seeds flavor this creamy salad dressing. Try it on cut-up cantaloupe, watermelon and blueberries.

1/2 cupsalad oilsee savings

1/2 cupsugarsee savings

1/3 cupvinegarsee savings

1/4 cupcoarsely chopped onionsee savings

1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

1 tablespoonpoppy seedssee savings

Directions

In a blender container, combine salad oil, sugar, vinegar, onion and salt. Cover; blend until smooth. Add poppy seeds. Blend 2 seconds more.

Transfer the dressing to a covered container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Whisk well before serving. Makes about 1-14 cups.
